CareforSpecialNeeds (CFSN) works in partnership with Local Authorities across London to support children and young people with autism, ADHD, developmental delays, learning disabilities, and complex behavioural needs.
We understand the increasing pressures faced by SEND teams in securing appropriate provision, maintaining educational placements, meeting statutory obligations, and supporting children with increasingly complex needs.
Our role is to provide flexible, outcome-focused support that enables children and young people to access education, develop independence, improve communication and social skills, and make meaningful progress towards their EHCP outcomes.
By working collaboratively with Local Authorities, schools, families, and multidisciplinary professionals, we help create sustainable support packages that improve outcomes while promoting stability and inclusion.
